About us
This Site is for Indian vegetarian, non-vegetarian, chicken recipes with pictures for kids, children too.
We are amateur cooks, who are passionate about cooking and always have thirst to explore new recipes and patterns in cooking. We believe every recipe has a pattern and all these patterns are customizable to our taste. We are here presenting our recipes from the patterns that we learned from our three generations and new explorations in cooking.
If you would like to join hands with us or want to send any feedback to us, mail to hi@samai.in. And also you could provide your feedback(anything) in the comments section of recipe pages.
Thanks,

I have a fascination for authentic indian cooking. For me that authenticity is supported by knowing the origin of any recipe (town or village) and its correct name in the local language.
Would love to know the locality from which your three generations of experience derives.
Keep up the good work.
