- Mint leaves – 3/4 cup
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Red chilies – 2
- Tamarind – a pinch
- Mustard and urad seeds – 1 tspn
- Curry leaves – few
- Oil, Salt – As required
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Red chilies, Mint leaves and Coriander leaves, fry for sometime.
- Once it cools off, Grind all the fried items with Salt in blender.
- Heat a pan. Add 2 to 3 tspns of Oil, Mustard and Urad dhal. Once Mustard seeds splutters add Curry leaves and ground mix. Fry this for some time till the raw smell goes out.
