Black Plum Jam, Plums Preservative

Ingredients:

  • Black Plum - 2½ cups (chopped)
  • Sugar - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder - 2 to 3 pinches (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Boil all the ingredients together in a pan.
  2. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 25 - 30 minutes or till it becomes like jam.
  3. Let the Jam cool and then store it in a clean jar.
