Idly-fry-chili-idly-Fried-idly-recipe

Ingredients:

  • Idly – 4 to 5
  • Chili powder – 2 tspns
  • Turmeric powder – a pinch
  • Salt – As required
  • Oil to fry

Recipe:

  1. Cut idly into 4 pieces.
  2. Mix Chili powder, Turmeric powder and Salt using little water
  3. Marinate the Idly pieces into the chili mix for half-an-hour.
  4. Deep fry the Idly pieces in oil.

Serve hot with Chutney.

    A very good initiative. Easy to read :) and looks easy to cook too. Bilingualism is a good thing. Bring it up to all the posts. Introduce some items that were forgotten for ever like “kuzhi paniyaram”. I am goint to try poondu kulambu tommorow. cheers!!

    Thanks for your visit and feedback. We’ll try to introduce our age-old traditional recipes that were forgotten by us in this modern fast food age.
